Infill service is available for lashes applied at our salon only. • 10+ days – 30% of full set price • 15+ days – 50% of full set price • 20+ days – Infill not available (Removal & new set required)
Cancellation Policy
美甲店預約政策條款 Booking Policy for Nail Salon 一、預約費 1. Booking Fee • 所有預約須支付 £5 至 £10 的預約費（視乎所選服務而定），以確認預約。 A non-refundable booking fee of £5 to £10 (depending on the service) is required to secure your appointment. • 預約費將於當日服務後從總金額中 扣除。 The booking fee will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. • 預約費需於確認預約時付款，恕不接受未付款預留時段。 Payment of the booking fee is required at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will not be held. ⸻ 二、取消與更改政策 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • 如需取消或更改預約，請 最少提前48小時通知。 Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • 若於 48 小時內取消、更改時間、未出席或遲到超過15分鐘，預約費 將不獲退還，並需重新支付以重新預約。 If you cancel, reschedule within 48 hours, fail to show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the booking fee will not be refunded, and a new fee will be required for a new booking. ⸻ 三、遲到政策 3.
